Our role

For the business customers we serve, we process personal information as an operator on their behalf. For our own accounts, website and billing, we are the responsible party.

What we process

• Business account details.
• End-customer WhatsApp number, name, message content, booking details and consent records.
• Usage and security logs.

Why we process it

To provide the booking assistant, send reminders, send marketing messages only to people who opted in, and for support, billing and security.

Who receives it

Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), our cloud database provider, our AI model providers, and Google Calendar where a business connects it.

Cross-border transfers

Data is stored on servers in the European Union.

Marketing

We send marketing messages only to people who opted in, or to existing customers who have not objected. Every marketing message has a way to stop — reply STOP or tap the stop button.

Retention

Retention is configurable by each business. By default, message content is kept for 12 months.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls limited to authorised people, and monitoring of our systems.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing. Email admin@dizelai.world. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
