Who may use it

This website and the Dizela AI Solutions platform are for businesses and their authorised staff. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to send spam or unlawful, harmful or misleading content. WhatsApp Business policies apply to all messages sent through the platform.

Consent from your contacts

Each business customer is responsible for having the required consent from its own contacts before messaging them, including for marketing.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or pause features for maintenance or security.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
